Bad weather restricts bomber operations. 104 of 202 P-38s and P-47s attack transportation targets in France, Belgium and Germany; 2 airfields, 3 marshaling yards, rail lines at several points, and a large number of rail and road vehicles are attacked; they claim 20-0-7 aircraft on the ground; 3 P-47s are lost (pilots are MIA) and 8 damaged.
