Target: GUTERSLOH GERMANY Airfield (78 aircraft) - (51.9225, 8.30604)

Built in 1935 and opened in 1937. Early in the war, it was often used as a refueling and service station for various German Air Force units. III / JG 51 (Bf 109E) arrive in 1940 and later moved to St. Omer / France. In July 1940, Gutersloh became the first night fighter base. Surrendered to US forces 1 April 1945. Hosted US recon air units until June 1945, when it was transferred to the British RAF.
